If you are planning a special party or event then why not get the Timorous Beastie team along with our bespoke horseboxes and pop up bars. We provide bar services for all occasions - hen/stag parties, birthday parties, retirements, wedding anniversaries or family get togethers. We will provide a varied selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks to suit your event or perhaps you would prefer a more themed bar such as Gin Fizz, Whisky or Rum. The base hire cost for the horsebox is £300 inc vat which gets you a full bar set up and two trained members of staff.

Our bars all come with contactless payments via our Square POS system.

Depending on the size of the event and bar package, there might be a minimum spend deposit required.
CASH BAR
Nice and simple. Your guests pay for their own drinks by cash or card (no fees when paying by card).
SUBSIDISED BAR
You can provide a certain amount of complimentary drinks and then your guests can buy whatever else they would like to drink.
PREPAID BAR
Your guests won't pay for a drink when you offer an open bar. You either pay a fixed cost per head or run a tab for the duration of the event.
BESPOKE PACKAGE
You tell us what you want and we'll get it for you. This can include specialist spirits, cocktails, seasonal drinks.
