You are the Gin to my Tonic. Mark your special occasion by hiring one of our wedding horsebox bars, perfect for your Gin Fizz reception. We will serve up quenching drinks that truly delight - it will be a real talking point with all your guests while you are away getting your photographs taken. Our team will delight your guests with an assortment of classic high-end Gins, cocktails or Gin Fizz. Both our horseboxes are identical and are finished in white with rustic wood cladding, a great backdrop for the classic wedding in the country feel.

Depending on your venue set up Timorous Beastie can also provide all of your reception drinks, Champagne for speeches and all wines and drink requirements for your wedding meal. We also can provide deluxe miniature Gin and Whisky bottles as favors for your guests with a special message attached in rustic craft brown paper to compliment the classic theme.

The base hire cost for the horsebox is £300 inc vat which gets you a full bar set up and two trained members of staff. Our bars all come with contactless payments via our secure Square POS system.

Depending on the size of the event and bar package, there might be a minimum spend deposit required.
CASH BAR
Nice and simple. Your guests pay for their own drinks via cash or card (please note there is no fee paying by card).

SUBSIDISED BAR
You provide a certain amount of complementary drinks and then your guests would buy anything else they wished to drink.
PREPAID BAR
Your guests wont pay for a drink you can either do fix cost per head or alternatively run a tab for as long as you wish.

FULL WEDDING PACKAGE
